This Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding refunds for services provided to international pilots and aviation professionals requiring a US address. This policy should be read together with our terms and conditions.

Service Subscription Terms
When you subscribe to our pilot address services or engage us as your FAA agent for service, you are purchasing a service subscription with the following terms:

Service subscriptions are prepaid for the selected term duration

Services begin on the date of payment processing

Your subscription provides continuous FAA USAS compliant address services

Non-Refundable Services
Due to the immediate activation and ongoing nature of our services, all payments made to usagentforservice.net for international pilot US address services are non-refundable. Once we have established your service account and begun processing mail and documents, we cannot offer refunds for:

Annual subscription fees

Setup charges
-
Address registration services
-
Mail handling and forwarding services

Document processing related to FAA requirements

Service Cancellation
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting our customer support team. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Service Exceptions
In rare circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may consider partial refunds if:

We are unable to provide the contracted services due to unforeseen circumstances

There was a demonstrable technical error in the payment processing system

Required by applicable law

Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions to our pilot address services automatically renew at the end of each service period unless canceled at least 14 days before the renewal date. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before renewal to avoid additional charges.
